Thong Hoang holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching from the University of Foreign Languages, Hue University, Vietnam. He has four years of experience as an ESL teacher, along with work as a Program Manager supporting technology and AI adoption in Vietnamese education. His work focuses on strengthening digital literacy and narrowing the digital divide across different learning environments.
