Meret Stursberg

Meret Stursberg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Politics and Global Media from the University of Galway, Ireland. With her background as a non-formal education volunteer, she is particularly interested in how non-formal education methods and community-based learning approaches can inform the formal education system to become more inclusive for students facing barriers due to neurodevelopmental disabilities or mental health problems. Furthermore, her research background in environmental sustainability and global media makes her passionate about investigating curricula to allow for a more critical understanding of environmental sustainability and media literacy in classrooms and beyond.
