Maria Mar Torres

From Argentina

Maria Mar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government and International Relations from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa. She also completed a Master’s in Public Policy, with a specialization in social development and policy evaluation. She has experience in managing and monitoring education policies within government institutions, as well as in planning, implementing, and evaluating projects for international organizations. Her professional focus combines a strong commitment to inclusive education systems and the efficient allocation of resources to promote equity, together with research experience analyzing learning outcomes in relation to teaching practices and educational leadership.
