Bruno Tavares M. Alves

From Brazil

Bruno holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of São Paulo (USP). He is from Maceió, in Northeast Brazil, and has experience in the education and technology sector, where he worked on initiatives to expand educational access across Latin America. During his undergraduate studies, he contributed to the research project “Discourses, Meanings, and Representations of Arabs and Africans in European, Arab, and African Sources” through USP’s Unified Scholarship Program. For his Bachelor’s thesis, he investigated the conceptual intersection between International Relations, arts, aesthetics, and the political participation of refugees. His research interests include education and migrant integration, South-South cooperation, and politics and aesthetics.
