Gerard Pamplona Molina holds an International PhD in Political History from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and currently serves as our Project Manager. In addition to this role, he is a lecturer in History at both the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) and the Universitat de Barcelona (UB). Gerard has also completed research stays at renowned institutions, including the University of St Andrews (UK), Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain), and Sorbonne Université (France).
Beyond his academic accomplishments, Gerard brings extensive experience in both the educational and public administration sectors. He has worked with AQU Catalunya, the Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency, and held various positions within the Ministries of Culture and Education. His expertise extends to successfully managing numerous research and educational projects, and he has acted as an academic advisor to government bodies, including the government of the Republic of Colombia.
