Oyindamola Adegboye is a youth development professional who is passionate about supporting Africa’s youth with the skills, resources and platforms they need to reach their fullest potential. She has about five years experience that cuts across both private and non-profit sectors through which she has built youth networks and communities, implemented youth-focused projects for international organisations, and conducted high-quality research. She has extensive skills in policy research and analysis, project design and management, grant writing, stakeholder management, communications and strategic planning. She currently works as Grants and Special Projects Coordinator at LEAP Africa, a youth leadership development non-profit based in Nigeria. In this role, she supports the organisation’s overall strategy by facilitating resources, relationships and partnerships to ensure the sustainability of the organisation.
